Walt Grace Hit the Highways with The Gypsy’s Karavan Tour
This September, alt-folk duo Walt Grace are setting out on a one-of-a-kind journey across regional New South Wales, transforming roadside rest stops, sidewalks, and small-town venues into unexpected concert stages.
Known for their raw, spontaneous shows, Walt Grace thrive on improvisation. Originals weave seamlessly into reimagined covers, with set-lists often shaped by requests.
“There’s magic in the risks we take,” they explain. “No two shows are ever the same - instead, we let the music breathe and try to capture the moment.”
Drawing inspiration from John Mayer’s soulful storytelling, the layered textures of Fleet Foxes, and the bold artistry of Kate Bush, Walt Grace craft songs that tell stories; cinematic and vulnerable.
The Gypsy’s Karavan Tour marks the beginning of a pivotal chapter for the duo, coinciding with the coming release of their debut single this summer, followed by a string of singles, videos and an EP. For audiences, it’s a chance to encounter the music where it’s born; unfiltered, alive, and in motion.
“This tour is about more than just playing songs - it’s about sharing our stories and making memories with the communities around us."

BIO
alt-folk . husband & wife duo
Walt Grace weaves singer-songwriter storytelling with soulful vocals and melodic guitar hooks. Audiences are drawn into performances shaped by improvisation and the duo’s undeniable chemistry, resulting in shows that are as unpredictable as they are intimate.
For Walt Grace, music is a way of life. It’s something constant, and yet, it’s ephemeral too: a journey, a shared but fleeting moment. On stage, they lean into the moment, reading each other in real time.
In their own words, “that’s where the magic lives - in the indefinable, the risk. Our songs show you the colours we can’t quite name but already find ourselves painting with”.
